However, when these experiences become overwhelming it is important to gain support and advice to be able to move forward and live a life that is in accordance with what is most important to us.

Psychologists possess specialized knowledge and skills that enable them to identify problem behaviours and formulate appropriate interventions.

Psychologists are trained to talk to people about a wide range of concerns. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Cope with disabilities or health problems
  • Deal with problems related to alcohol and drug use
